Getting Ready for Your Visit:
To make your first visit as smooth as possible, please complete our New Patient Registration Forms in advance.
If you have dental insurance, providing all the requested details will help us verify your benefits ahead of time.
Financial Flexibility:
We strive to make quality dental care accessible to everyone.
Payment is expected at the time of your first visit, but for your convenience, we offer flexible financing through CareCredit and Square Afterpay. We’re also happy to assist you by filing insurance claims on your behalf, we accept all PPO insurance plans.
Appointment Policy:
To keep your treatment plan on track, we kindly ask that you make every effort to keep your appointments. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
